Setting Up a Demo Renter Account

Every location is allowed one Demo Renter Account to test the Renter experience. Setting up this Demo Account follows the same process as adding a Renter to the platform with one distinction while assigning a mailbox to the account. Note that payment info is not needed for this demo account.

Step-By-Step Guide

Click on the Customers top menu

Click on the Renters side menu

Select the Renter name that will serve as the demo account

Click Mailboxes in the sub top menu

Click Assign Mailbox

Select No Charge Demo Mailbox under the Billing Type

Choose any mailbox number available and fill out the remaining details

Click Assign
