Connecting to a Merchant Account Gateway

An account with a merchant provider must be entered into the platform in order to receive funds from directly from renters. Entering this account connects your bank account to the Anytime Mailbox platform, allowing funds from renters to go directly into your account.

Step-By-Step Guide

Click Customers from the top menu

Click Service Billing from the sidebar

Click Merchant Accounts from the sub menu

Select Add Merchant Account at the bottom of the page

Select your provider from the dropdown menu and enter the requested credentials

Anytime Mailbox does not charge linking your merchant account to your renter's credit card; this is a free service offered for your convenience.
