Service Plan Visibility

There are many ways to customize the Service Plan offering within the Anytime Mailbox platform, including who sees specific plans. We recommend leaving all visibility options selected when first starting out.

Navigating to Service Plan Visibility

Click Customers from the top menu

Click Service Plans from the side menu

Select the Service Plan you wish to edit

Make sure Details is selected from the sub menu

Service Plan Visibility Explained

  • Internal: Having this selected makes this plan visible to all employees that sign in to the Anytime Mailbox platform.
  • Operator Branded Signup URL for New Customers: When signing up through your custom signup URL, renters can select if they are a new customer to your business or if they were already a customer of your business. Having this selected will show the following Service Plan to new customers.
  • Operator Branded Signup URL for Existing Customers: When signing up through your custom signup URL, renters can select if they are a new customer to your business or if they were already a customer of your business. Having this selected will show the following Service Plan to Existing Customers.
  • Anytime Mailbox Lead Generation Website: Having this selected displays this Service Plan as an option for customers looking to signup on the Anytime Mailbox website
