Making Changes to Service Plans

This article tells you how to make changes to any or all of your Service Plans. This could be a change to the monthly/annual rate, or changing allowances for scanning, incoming mail items, etc.

First, you have to determine one thing: Do I want this change to include existing customers?

Step by Step Guide

If YES,

NOTE: We recommend notifying any affected Renters at least 30 days before making any changes

From your Dashboard go to Customers

On the left menu, click on Service Plans

Select the Plan you wish to edit from the list

Make the necessary changes

Then hit Update on the bottom to save your changes

If NO,

From your Dashboard go to Customers

On the left menu, click on Service Plans

Select the Plan you wish to edit from the list

Click Copy on the bottom. This creates a new plan named "Copy of __"

Go back and click on the existing plan again this time unchecking all boxes except "Internal" on the Visibility field.
This means the plan is only known to you and all existing customers.

Rename this plan appropriately (e.g. Bronze Legacy) and hit Update on the bottom to save your changes

Go back and click on the "Copy of __". Change the name of the plan from "Copy of _" to only the name (e.g. Bronze)

On the Visibility field, make sure to put a check on your signup url for new and existing customers, and the Anytime LeadGen Website.

Finally, make the necessary changes on the Details and Allowances tab, and hit Update on the bottom to save your changes.
