Mark all Renter's Mail as Picked Up

Renters may ask assistance in clearing their portal when they physically pick up their mail at the local operator's location. Instead of letting them mark the items as "picked up" in their portal, we suggest you log in to the renter's portal and mark each item as "picked up". This is a great way of updating and clearing a renter’s inbox!

Step-By-Step Guide

Click Customers from the top menu

Click Renters from the side menu, then click the renter’s name

Click Mailboxes

On the left, click the small box with the settings wheel

Then select Click Mark all Mail as Picked Up
